It's finally fall, and that means short ribs! Our favorite recipe is
this one from
Allrecipes.com. They slow-cook in the crockpot all day -- what could be easier? I used boneless short ribs and thickened the gravy on the stovetop instead of in the slow-cooker (my crockpot is ancient and doesn't do high heat well), but otherwise I followed the recipe exactly. Yummy!
The rice was steamed in the microwave, and the salad was left over from last night. WAY easy!

I would swap notes on short ribs because I made MY recipe for them last night. (OMG! It's like we're about to get our periods at the same time!)
Except I clicked on the link and it was a recipe for lentil soup.
Wha? It's showing up as Slow-Cooked German Short Ribs on my computer. Maybe it was a glitch?
