the last of the spinach salad with oranges and toasted almonds
Pork chops were the usual deal -- thick, boneless loin chops sprinkled with Jane's Krazy Salt and garlic pepper, then grilled for about 4 minutes per side.
I know the "too tired to cook" feeling: especially when it is just for me and the sprogs, and the sprogs don't want to eat human food! We had hotdog sausages tonight, with omelettes. I feel bad that I didn't manage to get any vegetables in them... but there is always tomorrow. N.
Badger, Reading the other blog, it seems that tonight would have been a perfect day to make the kids make their own dinners! And to sit there with a couple or six of glasses of not-gonna-drive-for-another-coupla-days..

Yeah, sometimes you just have to take the easy route.
I need to try this Jane's crazy mixed up salt... I have her crazy mixed up pepper and it's great.
