Tonight's Menu
- grilled ham steak
- chili-garlic potatoes
- raw baby carrots w/ranch dip
I'm trying to break out of my
chuffed potato rut, even though they are SO YUMMY. So tonight I cut some tiny red potatoes into quarters, tossed them in a pan with some EVOO, salt, pepper, chili powder and garlic powder, and baked them until tender and golden. They were really good, and a nice change. But I still loves me some chuffed potatoes!
